Job Description:
Xsigo Systems, an industry leader in I/O virtualization, has developed a revolutionary new approach to server I/O: the Xsigo I/O Director. This hardware and software solution is optimized from the ground up to dramatically accelerate and simplify routine data center management tasks. With the Xsigo I/O Director, IT managers provision I/O resources on-the-fly without disrupting network and storage configurations, and without physically entering the data center.
Requires BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent plus 10-15 years SE field experience in data center operations, broad experiences in systems, storage, and networking, configuring complex SANs and performing technical presentations to industry professionals.
Will lead a team of 10+ pre-sales and post-sales Systems Engineers and Field Engineers worldwide. Must possess good leadership skills and be able to give solid technical direction in order to manage the needs of customers in a rapid-growth company.
Strong Understanding of data center system sales cycle. Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and end users.
Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 10+ people globally and report to VP of WW Sales
- Foster team building, best practices, and communications among key stakeholders
- Communicate and demonstrate Xsigo’s solutions to prospective accounts and installed customer base
- Assist with the design of datacenter virtualization topology for customer installations
- Educate customers and partners on the benefits of I/O virtualization
- Build relationships with partners tech team and provide regular technical updates
- Provide support at marketing events and seminars
- Develop and manage relationships with OEM and End User teams
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience managing a team of System Engineers
- Independent, self motivated individual with high drive.
- 10-15 years of technology experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong competitive, work ethic, with a willingness to "do what it takes" to succeed.
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure and within deadlines.
- Desire to work with a well-funded start up in a highly visible position that offers a great opportunity for advancement.
